While the Commission on Elections (Comelec) welcomed the Supreme Court’s (SC) TRO on the signing of the agreement on the new Moro homeland for effectively mooting the calls for the postponement of the August 11 automated elections in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Comelec chief Jose Melo said the court ruling may have caused them another problem.
